Just been away for the weekend .Last night sat on the seat and it collapsed (nothing to do with our weight ) it came away from the wall, when David checked it he found the wall was damp, this is on the same side were he repaired the damp on the shelf ,Were going to strengthen the seat for now as we have lots of trips planned , so when season finishes were going to attempt to rid the van of damp

Weve checked some of the damp posts on ukcs so we gonna give it a go as we love the van

Any advice we can put in our favourites for when we start our little (or big ) project would be kindly appreciated

love janis and david x x

We still had a great weekend though

No reactions yet? Check the website of Alsparker (don't know the URL by heart, but you can find it around here). Also the links given on that site.
Wizzard has a site too I think. These site show many details that are very helpful for you.

Hi Janis and David

There is lots of advice here for you to look at with links to member's web sites showing how they removed damp - in many cases a picture by picture account.

here's a few you get you going

Alan's Site

Barneys caravan

and Wizard's site

Best advice is to take it easy and step by step and make photographic notes both before and as you go - this way you can see what it should look like when you finish.

Good luck gaining your damp free caravan
