Hi Dizzy24 , welcome to UKCS , you could try this , cut 2 straight lines along either side of the bowed floor , then ease the bowed bit up a little and scrape out the expanding foam ( may be use a saw blade to do this ) , then when you have got the bowed floor back down flush or a bit lower , you should be able to do a delam repair . Just an idea , hope it's of some help .

Wizard Ps make sure the delam glue extends under either side of the non bowed floor .
