Just picked up my van from storage, & when all connected up my indicators & my brake lights worked fine, but my side & rear lights are not working at all. Has anyone an idea of what could be wrong.I`ve got a week to fix the problem before we go away next Friday.

                        Many thanks, Micky.

hi Micky.

Are the lights working on the car?. but not on the van, if this the case then it is most likley the terminals or wireing on your plug, if they are clean, then check the 12v fuses in the van ( usually under the front bunk )

hope this helps.

 Hi Micky.

The quickest way to check it is- on the 12n plug ( the black one ) the pins have a cross split in them, just push a small screwdriver in them and open them up a little this will make a good contact when pluged in, but before that open the plug up and check the wires, they have a habit of getting gunged up,

This is currently happening to me. I had a technician come and fix it (replace the plugs and check the light bulbs) god know why i had just completely replaced the front end due to the dreaded D word. Everyone on here says you should always check for Damp with a meter etc etc however it is not until you hit the problem that you search for a solution. Anyway back to the lights I wanted to fix to day but hey great british weather prevails and i don't have any under cover area. hoping for a break in the down pour soonj though as i have booked time off work .
