Hello, I have a nose weight gauge and dont know how to use it properly.

Its the type you sit under the tow hitch and then lower the van on top and a spring loaded bar goes down and gives a reading through a slit on the side.

According to manufacturer my nose weight should be 75KGs and no matter what I take out of the front box or from inside the van the gauge still sinks off the scale! What am I doing wrong??

I did the same and bought cheap bathroom scales then I found that when I got on them I instantly gained 10 pounds in weight

Don't be tempted to buy a cheap one, I did and the first time I used it, it scraped the sticker with the weight calibrations off, rendering it useless!!

I keep intending to mark it with the correct weight, but just use the bathroom scales.
