Hi, just had some repairs on my 2006 Compass Corona. Brought it home and discovered the vent / blown air part of the heating doesnt work either on manual or auto setting. Heater itself seems fine. Any ideas? I cant seem to find any inline fuse and the manual doesnt help at all. Dont really want to return to dealer again, 70 mile round trip and going away this weekend.

It does sound like the 12 volt system is off somewhere , have you tried with your caravan hooked up to mains , could be you have a flat battery .

Do you have any vents open / fan speed turned up ( far as i can remember if all the vents are shut and the heater is run on mains it causes the element to over heat and causes it to trip out )( i think there's a small reset button on the back of the heater ) .

Thanks all. Problem now sorted. The connection had become dislodged under the fan switch. I discovered this by removing the front of the fire/heater. What a performance to replace it!!!!!!!
