The minimum difference of price between independent and Kia appears about £150 up to about £500. Ring a kia dealer and establish a price for them to "adjust" your reverse sensors - you will probably have to inform them that they need to contact Kia direct for the info. from that see if independent is still cost effective.
I personally would always use an established independent - Its their main job , good ones give a full guarantee, so they should know how to fit to your requirements. You may find that main dealers also use these independents when towbars etc are required. An independent fitter may also have a solution for your reverse sensors. My guess is "adjust" means fit a cut off sensor for when needed
