Useful picture Michael, leaks can occur inside at the water inlet/outlet, No's 7 & 10
The tank number 20 and conveniently the two places the tanks marked by the numbers, ie the seal area through frost damage and the underside toward the closed end through corrosion. The heating element (also 20) which leaks at it's bolted joint to the tank.
Outside at No's 14, 12, and 5 are all possibles and don't discount 14 leaking back inside through the burner modules seal!
