I hope I have posted this in the correct place.

I am looking for a bit of advice really.
I put my caravan in for a service and when I went to collect it they had damaged the front of my van. They had reversed the tractor wheel in to the front of my van where the gas bottles are kept. I took the van away as we were booked for a few nights over easter but it has now to go back to the coachworks to be repaired. It didn't go through to a hole but the fibreglass is all cracked and a bit of a mess. I have not paid my service bill yet as they were also to repair my gas fire (for which I bought a new igniter unit - which the blew and I am now needing another igniter unit - so my fire still isn't working)So I now have the inconvenience of taking the van back for it's repair to the front and they are going to try and sort the fire AGAIN. The damage to the van WILL be repaired at their expense but should I be entitled to any other compensation for inconvenience or anything?????
Or should I just be happy that they are repairing the damage that they caused?

Sorry this is a bit long winded and I hope it makes sense.

Would be grateful of any advice.

I don't think they will offer you any money but what about asking for your next service to be done FOC. ?
