Hi, I have a crack in my plastic vanity sink for which the dealers are quoting £134.25 for supply only of a new sink. My van is an Elddis Avante 534 2003 model with fixed bed. I have tried a few of the breakers advertised with no luck. Any help appreciated.

Is the crack around the plug hole in a circle, following the outline of the plug outlet?  If so, someone on her suggested fixing it by buying a new chrome waste outlet,  which has a bigger diameter than the crack - there's a posting on this forum somewhere, maybe this might help??

We've got a similar crack but it's not creating a problem at the moment.  Thought of putting some silicone sealer round it.

Hi, thanks for the replies. There are three cracks coming from the plug area upwards approx 1 inch in length each. Have thought about trying to seal up but think it would look awful. Obviously if I can find a replacement I will have no choice but to try and repair but I am hoping there are some caravan breaker people on this forum who may have an alternative.

If you do a search under 'sink' there are lots of other postings, and some of them contain a website which people have used to obtain replacements.  Good luck.
