The green light is on but the fridge isn't working on 240V. It works fine on 12v and gas.
We had the heating element replaced a month ago.

When mine did this (its a thetford 2 way) I found the control knob had been pushed on too far and therefore was nt doing its job.  This was on gas though on not electric.  Make sure gas dial is set to off and that the 12v car setting is off as well.

 

Check yours are not rammed up hard against the fascia?

It was working perfectly on 240v but threw the breaker switch yesterday afternoon.   We flipped the breaker switch and the green fridge light came on but we discovered that the fridge had thawed overnight.

We're in a CL at present and it's working just fine on gas.

It is very, very damp and wet where we are but if damp is the cause, surely it would throw the breaker switch again when we change to 240v?

Many thanks. My hubby changed the element and all is well.

I would like to know why this has happened twice in the space of a couple of months though.
