i am sounding off! winter gales my window got broke! phoned "van man" he comes measures says a few weeks. month later i phone still waiting he says! 2weeks later comes to van, can't get one, will have to take out get made he says.(could have told him that) will be 2 weeks after take out says he. 3weeks later i phone him, still waiting he says. today i phone him, not done yet he says firm doing got back log!!!!!! couple more weeks UGGGGGg can i get repaired any other way seeing as he has took frame out???? thanks got it off my chest! not that helps. Joan frustrated fed up! p!!!ed off. what a way to run a business

Just a thought but have you looked on ebay to see if anyone is breaking a van the same as yours, a friend of mine had the same problem with front window of his van he was bent over sorting something out in the gas box while his wife was inside and opened the window he stood up and hey presto lump on head and broken window. He eventually found one for £20 on ebay granted he had to travel 90 miles to collect it but it was still a lot cheaper than what he was quoted to get one made.
