While touring in the south of Ireland we discovered a stone had damaged one of the wheel arches. Rain water runs through this now while towing in the wet and the water then runs into the storage box under the front seat. Can anyone suggest a patch kit or adhesive for repairing the type of plastic that is used in the wheel arch. Thanks

only a new wheel arch will do i think unless the hole is small.

I would get some sheet steel cut it bigger than the damaged area , then screw and mastic it in place . Use Stainless steel screws and Sikaflex 512 Caravan mastic , ensure the area is cleaned well before fixing the plate . If you don't want to use steel use some thick perspex .

just a thought ,will fibre glass sheet stick to plastic material? this would be an easier way to repair.
