As I continue with the repairs to my Esterel, which resulted from badly fitted skylights I have now come across another problem. In the Esterel the ceiling is made up of a Polystyrene layer which is then glued to a 3mm layer of Plywood. Underneath this hangs a fabric inner ceiling which is stapled to the ply at the edges and is attached to the ply at various places by what I can only describe as plastic screws. I now want to replace this fabric, but have no idea where to source a replacement from. I need a piece approx 6feet 7wide and 12 foot long. I assume it must be fire retardent.
Has anybody ever done this job or have any idea where I might be able to get hold of the necessary fabric?
