I have noticed a few caravans with what looks like awning skirt (cut down to a couple of inches depth) fed through the awning rails. Apparently this is supposed to act as a gutter as such, and stops the water from running down the side of the caravan, causing black streaks etc. I would only want to put it on when the caravan is in storage, not tow with it on, as it looks a bit strange. Does anybody have an idea of where to buy such a thing, do you use one, does it cut down on cleaning etc?
Thanks for your comments.
