Well not an easy pressure to work out, first I've got a Wisp in 1990 at 780kg all up, between then and 96 they got up to 840kg, that's assuming a 150kg payload. Also only the 95/96 Wisps were called 350/2 the earlier ones were just 350?.
Next you say 155x13C 90/88 this tyre carries 600kg not 535kg?
So I'm still not sure what weight your van is or exactly what tyres you have but for 155x13C with the 90 load rating and the two weights for your van, the pressure is going to be between 36 and 39psi
