i have bailey pageant bordeaux fixed bed model. I noticed where the rear panel joins the side high up by the high level tail light a small crack on the outside panel.its only 4 years old. I bought it used and the 1 year guarantee has just ran out. any thoughts what i should do. Can i fill it with anything or what ?
Thanks.
Our Ranger cracked on the front panel at the roof level where the roof turns down to the wall. We were in Spain and only found out when it rained and water dripped onto my head. They said to fill it with sealant silicon some thing like that put plenty on. It stopped the leak. Our van was only 2 years old so they put a new front on. If yours is out of warranty fill it with silicon (use the best silcoflex?) and make it look neat, ours was OK for 6 months whilst we sorted the paperwork at the dealers.
the front & rear panels on a bailey should be "weld" repaired this can be done by a bailey agent with a kit that is obtained from bailey I had it done on my own pagent when some dear soul through a brick at it
