I need some help please....

We have a double at the front which is made from the 2 front seats. The slats pull out from the cupboard and slide along to plastic rails which are joined to the seats.

In my eagerness to get the sheet on I knelt on the wrong part and snapped the plastic. Does anyone know where I can get a replacement?

The plastic runs along the full length of the bench and the slats sit on it if u will.
