Q.1/ Has anyone out there ever replaced the sides of the caravan..?(the outsides)

Q.2/ Were can i buy the alluminium sides from..?

Q.3/ Iam having to remove the full wrap over front pannel (the face) of the caravan for repare is there any thing i should be carefull with.

I am not sure why the sides are being changed but I think when sides are damaged they put a new side over the old one.  I think it is quite expensive, but at the dealers a lot of the expense is labour costs.

hi the sides are being replaced because me and the van decided to part ways around a roundabout hitting the only car i had seen in the last half hour.

only needs new front face and 2 internal pannels the bulk head joist is being repaired as i type and the lower 2 sctions of the van.

were is the cheapest place for a new fiberglass front .

Regarding removing the front, I found it to be straightforward. The only problem I found was that it had been nailed on in a few places and the nail heads were very difficult to spot although I believe that may have been done during the previous damp repair.

Just be careful if there are any cracks in it in case they break right through although by the sound of it, you're replacing the front so if you get one without any cracks you should be fine.
