Hi

Our Crystal Thames water pump froze up after the temperature dropped overnight, and ever since then the water flow has been really slow.  A bit faster than a trickle but a lot slower than it should be.  Will I have to buy another one do you think?

either that or you got a split pipe and losing water outside or worst, so check all the pipe`s if ok then yep new pump.
