Everything is repairable, can you get the window off the van ok? Can you seperate the inner from the outer or just prise them apart a little? If you can then get a fresh tube of Araldite Rapid, a small plastic spreader, a small weight (1kg  will do) and a clean firm mixing pallet, (an old kitchen tile is good).

Mask off the window around where the seperation is and mix up the Araldite, you now need to work fairly quickly before the epoxy starts to gel.

Using the spreader, apply a THIN bead of the mixed epoxy along the join of the inner and outer. Close the panels together and sit the weight on them to keep them nice and tight. Leave for a couple of hours. Remove masking and hopefully youve got a useable repair.

I've done very similar using unibond clear with a mastic gun, Easy to do and still holding after 6 years, as I know the owner and still see the van

Is it a huge single window. I have one I was just about to put on Ebay. Mine's off an early 90s Compass.  Yours if you want it. How much are windows worth?
