I ended up taking my burner to gary from arc (as above link) who stripped it down and tried everything in his powers to get working
after about 45 mins to an hour he threw the towle in (by my request) and reconed it tested and lit first time.
however with all my messing about i managed to blow the circuit board in half lukily i had another one sat in the drawer of the van from when i purchased it that sorted my problem
also you say it ignites then shuts off after 10 secs i think youll find its not lighting as it takes about that to give warning light to say its not lit

I've had the same problem with my Truma. Checked the voltage, gas pressure, full of water, fuses ok, and still refused to start.
Still, never give up!! just left it overnight, switched on and success.
A couple of days later, changed the gas bottle, and it wouldn't start. Went to bed, and it started again next morning.

This is a flame recognition fault, could be as simple as damp on the electronics, or the 'burner module needs replacing.
Best then you do ring tomorrow, best time is just after 9 until 10:30, after that I only answer when I have time
