Thanks Wizard, yes it does help though has also raised a few more questions ! The floor really  does not look as if it could have anywhere thick enough to accomodate that much polystyrene. But we will (or he will !) inspect it again when it's daylight & there aren't 500 other things to do... at any rate he did not know there was polystyrene in there so that does change things so a rethink is called for.

The caravan we have is an old ABI Marauder & I think it's 1989.

Sorry tracyee - I seem to be inadvertedly hi-jacking your thread so I'll shove off now !  Hope you get yours all fixed up ok with a little (or a lot) of help from the other folks 17

Hi Tracy .

whats best does it work, or just mask the prob, and how long does it last. running out of money and want my pride and joy to last as long as poss

What's best ? imo floor delamination glue .
Does it work ? yes very well . Good write-up Here
Or just mask the prob . It fixes the problem .
How long does it last ? I would like to think it would last the life of the caravan .

Hope the above answers help ( i'm not meaning to be rude in my replys , just trying to give the clearest answers i can ).

Hi Tracy , i can only go on what others have said about the different delamination kits , so far no one has said , they didn't work , or that they had problems using the kits / one shot bottles .
It does say on the ebay add that the one shot should be used in summer ( warm weather ) , as we are begining to head towards winter i would say you would be better off buying a two part kit that comes with the syringes .
Masks wise , i don't think you will be able to buy a mask over the counter that would protect you from the resin smell . Best i can suggest is to email either of the ebay sellers selling kits and ask their advice .
