Hi, we have a Avondale Leda Penine 1992, we had the caravan serviced July 2009,

damp meter readings are coming out at 70% around the handles of back of van (the van is structually sound and inside in good order),

we have been advised to take it to a body shop for further investigation,

do we attempt to cure the problem ourselves or should we take to a professional,

would it help if we brought a caravan cover?

we have oversealed as advised,

WE ARE TRYING TO WEIGH UP OUR OPTIONS (HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

You've got to make your own minds up, but you'll be suprised how easy it is once you get going, theres not alot to it.
Theirs loads of help on here if you get stuck.
Plus its a hell of alot cheaper to do it yourself...
