My electrics have failed. No 12v or 240v. The switches in the cupboard have been turned off and reset, but these maybe 12v?? Do you know if the caravan has a mains input switch? and where would it be?? (caravan at moment in storage)
Thanks
Hi Davie , welcome to UKCS , don't take these questions the wrong way as they are just so we can get some basic info that will help .
When did you loose mains voltage and 12volt . Is your battery flat . Have you tried resetting / switching back on the switches . Could you post a picture on here, of the switches .
Everything worked fine.
I had been hooked up to mains for two days. Just boiled 240v kettle. Then went to rinse cup. No water, no sound from pump. No electric either 240v nor 12v.
Connected to another input........still same, other caravans in area had electrics.
The tap used has a slight leak.
In cupboard is acd220 switchboard manufactured by plug in systems with one one/off with trip and two rcb's. I turned on and off no result. It had not tripped.
Checked all fuses in headheight cupboard all seemed ok (these are 12v fuses alongside the KT meter which shows the charging). Battery is duff.
Is there another hidden mains switch, or an inline fuse somwhere, as i am confused whether the cd220 unit is 240v or 12v only?
your help would be so much appreciated.
As the caravan is in storage at the moment, im unavailable to go take a picture of the unit.

I would expect you tripped the hookup ballard . Also try , turn off your mains main switch , operate the trips ( rcb's) then reset them to on . Then switch your mains back on ( main switch ) .
i think somewhere is a saftey cut out.(im guessing there is and dont know for sure)
I had excatly same promlem and ended up changing the whole fuse board only to find there was nothing wrong with the one i took out.
follow wizzards instuctions making sure everything is turned off then one by one turn back on.
i never found what had blown in mine it just all worked when fuse board was changed i then some weeks later checked out the old unit and ended up refitting it in van as i wasnt happy with replacement one that had been fitted, the only thing i done was take off front cover and clean the contact on switch but obvioulsy do this with all power disconected.
this doesnt explain the loss of the 12v but mine was the same no 240 or 12v.
