I collected my new caravan on May with a faulty tap and no shower head. it is now end of Oct and the dealer has still not fixed it. We have taken it in 3 times and each time they have the wrong tap.What can we do? They are letting us know when the shower head comes in. We have been waiting since the end of Aug.

I would be making a real fuss daily with the general manager and contacting the manufacturer.

Your local  trading standards might also be interested. I think this is apalling.

Tell them you will publish their name on this site in 14 days if it is not fixed.
