Over winter our Bailey Pagent Bretagne is on our drive.  (We only bought it about March last year.)

I went in it yesterday just to check on it and it was very cold.  Should i put the heaters on now and again or will it be ok to just leave it.

Don't want to do the wrong thing!

Ours sits on the driveway and would not put heater on unless actually away in it!

Once heating is switched off then all that nice hot air is is going to cool and form condensation on the walls.

Yes agree with Al. Heat = condensation in not ventilated. Leave it as it is.

It cannot be a surprise that its cold inside if its cold outside. As long as its properly drained it will be ok

we have ours hooked up to EHU on the drive, controlled by a timer for 6 hours a day.this charges the battery and runs a small dehumidifier.many do not believe in dehumidifiers by our van feels warm and dry on entering.agree with heating causing more condensation though.

Dehumidifiers work by passing the warm air in the atmosphere over cold plates which cause the moisture to condensate on the plates and run off into the container - if the temperature is too low the air passing over the plates will not condensate and you will be wasting your electricity for nothing

i know how you feel i worry about ours, we dont have ours stored at the house either, we bought a cover but it has been so bad we havent been able to put it on even. i used to take the seats out but havent done even that this year., ours was new last spring as well.

i think on a nice sunny day you could just open the windows. and lift the blinds. removing the cushions does help because they hold a lot of moisture, we noticed an improvement when we used to do this with our other caravan, but its storing them in the house. we had them in our bedroom and couldnt move. but the caravan is more important to us than our bedroom. 24
