 hi all have a problem have a caravan we purchased 2weeks ago it is a swift 600/7

 1992 did not know it had so many problem,s needs refit as all the walls/roof wet

 did not smell wet /damp when we purchased only found problems a day after

 dont weather to reapir /or have been offered money for it i know i wont get what we paid for it never  worked on caravans before not sure if im taking on more than i can chew  once done i know it should water tight

any thoughts  would be gratful

If it's as bad as you say take the money and run. Don't take this the wrong way just I come across this time and time again people call me out because they have found damp problems with the caravan/motorhome they have just bought, but if they had had me do a pre purchase inspection I charge £60 plus mileage if over 30 miles before handing over there hard earned money they would know what I'd found and take it from there. As I say this is not a swipe at you or anyone else it's just saddens me to hear such tales and there is help and advice out there.
