probably redding43,there are some fillers on the market,but normaly its welded,like motorcycle fairings,it dont last long if its filled as this type of plastic moves and filler will crack when it does,if you google repairing ABS plastic you will see all the advice and products,or someone else might come on and give other advice,hope this helps.
