Thanks buddy for getting back and putting time out.

If you are sure the gas feed is OK then there are a number of reasons why the unit is going to Red light.

Unit Not Lighting
Gas Valve Problem, Spark Ignitor Problem, PCB Problem

Unit Lighting but Flame Sense circuitry not working
Normally associated with a PCB problem

I can repair & send back to you within a couple of days

I've not had the time to talk to gary or even look at it yet. When I find out what the problem is I will post on here. If I need a repair I will let you know.

Ok just a quick update on my carver cascade rapide water heater.
I drove up to Nottingham on Thursday and met up with Gary from Arc. A very nice chatty feller that knows those boilers inside out. He took it apart in minutes, had the module out and before my wife and I had finished a cup of tea she made in the Motorhome, he had diagnosed the fault and was putting it back in. He fired it up and it was working! Brilliant job well done and fast too. He also put a new service sticker on with a 12 months guarantee . I'm very happy and it made our stay up Blorange mountain Nr Abergavenny in Wales a very good one. Having hot water again in an instant was fantastic thanks Gary your a diamond.
I would recommend Gary to anyone that has boiler problems he is very knowledgable fast and doesn't charge the earth like caravan/Motorhome places.
