Hi
We've been looking for some polystyrene sheets, the ones in the van are 20-22mm thick. However all the ones we've seen in the diy stores are 25mm thick, has anyone had this problem?
Thanks Dave

I posted this on another thread which no doubt will take ages to find with your searches

Anyway I noticed the other day the Focus were selling ceiling tiles - 2 of these would work out to about 20mm possibly expensive but possible

Hi everyone thanks for all your comments. I'm sorry I haven't been replying but the PC has been off so had that to fix as well as everything else..lol. back up and running now though. I managed to get some polystyrene tiles from focus, thanks for you offer Steve but I hadn't seen your post till now.
Anyway I seem to have everything needed to start the repair apart from the wallboards which I will get from o'leary's when we decide which one will match. There was a perfect match which was the bark but it is sold out now and they aren't getting anymore. However as it is the whole of the front end it wont matter if the pattern isn't identical.
I am just waiting for a fine day and I will begin the resealing of the outside of the van. At the moment it is taped up so quite waterproof....I had already done this but thanks for the reminders anyway.
Will post some photo's of repair up till now in the next few days.
For all of you out there with the same problem...don't be afraid to give it a go, it seems a bit daunting at first but with all the help on here you can't go wrong and you'll save a fortune doing it yourself.
Dave
