If it is a caravan (plastic sink) don't use this as it may damage the sink. Have a look under the sink, you may be able to remove the flexible pipe and clean it.
A few capsful of Biological washpowder liquid and boiling water works quite well, pour it via the sink and let it soak its way though overnight, the enzimes in it will digest any fats and food particles that may be trapped and causing the blockage.

------------- WHY DOES SHE TELL ME EVERYTHING IS MY FAULT?
I back flushed with a hose, it work great, clear as a bell, till I looked in the washroom & found a load of smelly grey stuff all up the walls. It took me a lot longer to clean the walls than to clear the pipe. So take care.

that is why i suggested a large towel in the sink.hair is the main problem with bathroom sinks, even more so if a hair clip has gone down.these stick and collect hair to a point of blocking the pipe..
------------- the only silly question is the one you do not ask.
A large length of curtain wire pushed up and down might clear the blockage, then use Bicarb of soda in hottish water (just off the boil is best) to flush through.
forgot to add: Use about one tablespoons of Bicarb to each pint of water.
I always carry a smaller plumber's plunger with me because when the water is running slowly a couple of pumps with it makes it work faster and keeps it clear.
Have you tried one on a your blocked sink it usually works
