Hi all, we have the above problem with the loo, it has stopped delivering the water (?) to flush but the pump/motor can clearly be heard to work, it started when my Mrs (bless her) decided to flush three times in succession (!!!) Is it a problem in the cassette/cartridge do you think ? Am fairly new to this so any help appreciated, and will specialist help be req`d please ?

Thanks in advance

Steve

Ok thanks Michael, will check the Thetford site, the PDF isnt working/available.

Not sure which model it is at mo (van in storage) but it is a 20 yr old van so an early model for sure (Abbey GT212)

Will have a go at filling tank with the fluid as well as pipe checks (but pretty sure ive checked them already)

Thanks

If yours is one of the bench models C2 or C4 with the toilet roll holder. Then simply pull out the holder which the loo roll sits in out, and the pump is right underneath, you will easily see if the pipe has come off
