Well, i've just started Part II of my damp repairs, which is the bathroom area (I'll be documenting this tomorrow) and the OH would like to change the colour of the sink unit, shower tray and wall unit, as it's a horrid old beige colour at the moment, and the new theme is white and chrome.
I'm pretty good with a spray can, but could do with some advice on what paints to use, as i would imagine i would need something that won't chip easily and that can stand a little flexing...
I've seen some ideal products from Krylon & Plastikote, but they're damn expensive.
you'd be wasting your time and money it'll chip and crack eventually

There are lots of paint on the Market for the jobs that don't crack, chip and are made with a plasticizer formula for flexible things, but wondered if anyone had tried it!
Got a friend offline who might be able to help me, so I'll keep you up to date :-)
i once resprayed some plastic side panels on one of my motorbikes, i used plastic primer and then some 5 wheel steel paint as a top coat it gave good results i bought the paint from halfords and i think you can get 5 wheel paint in white , the panels were quite flexible but the paint stuck very well i don't know if this is any help
I would definitely recommend using plastic primer first - my ex painted the plastic fairing on my motorbike for me with automotive paint which I had specially mixed to match the rest of the bike, he used plastic primer first and even though the fairing is quite flexible I've had no cracks, chips or peeling in the four years since he did it.
