This is the first year of having a caravan and the first year of over wintering. In general for first time cavaranners I think we did well, but took it out from its winter home today( we did check on it ever 4 weeks and had a moisture trap in it) have discovered some mould on the soft furniture also on the veneer but that is washable, which I have done, now how do you get mould of material?, its not bad, just on some on the curtains and cushions, not main seating area, so thats ok.Have washed them but that doesn't help, if worst comes to worst will have to go out and buy some new cushions Yippee!!! Shopping
Also next problem, son used pressure wash on caravan which on whole was fine, but took part of the caravan logo sticker ofon front, husband just took rest off, at least it was not on the side and unevened the look, my main concern is the pulling/pushing handles, the covering seemed to come off them with the pressure wash, how do you recover them?
Hope every one is enjoying spring cleaning their caravan, it beats spring cleaning the house any time. Oops still got to do that but what the hell, would rather be in the van any time.
