Hi Does anyone know what this trim is called and where i could get some, mines lifted in the corners..

  You can often buy it in the accessory shop at caravan dealers, as Tich says, it comes in different widths.

Sorry cant help where to get this.

Mines done exactly the same, didnt think about replacing it but think i will now.  Is it easy to replace? (new to caravaning so not sure on replacing things)

I will just bend and clip in Julie, not to difficult but as the other posters have said, measure the width.
