  HI all,

  i was away last week & had trouble opening 1 of the front blinds after lying down so i could see straight up into where blind should go i could see what looked like a piece of strimmer wire hanging down where blind rolls up so gave a little tug at it as you do & yes it came out!! but blind now seems to work fine.....

 Now what i need to know is have i BROKE it

The "strimmer wire" I think is there to put even tension at both ends of the roller. I had one come out, so I took the blind to bits but couldn`t get it back in, So I left it out & it works just fine. Les.

Never leave your caravan blinds in the closed position. Doing this means that the spring is always under tension and will weaken it after time.
