Hi All I had a problem with me C2 Thetford couldnt get it to work, the flap opened and closed but the flush wouldnt do anything, checked all fuses and took out the pump and turned it by hand, nothing so onto the internet to check out prices for a new pump which after replacing the fuses is all it could be, a new pump for a thetford is near enough £50.00 ? they are having a laff aint they?

Called in Catterick Caravans and picked up one of there own make pumps for a tenner, fitted it last weekend and it works great, only thing i fitted it a bit different too how thetford states on there diagram, I drilled 2 cable sized holes into the spare loo roll holder put the original cable into one, once the pump was cut off, dropped the new pump into the water tank and put the cable from that through the other hole and joined ends and taped and a bit of silicon sealant round cables, then dropped loo roll holder back into place job done.
