Hi all, we have just been preparing our van for the first trip away next weekend but the water is not pumping through properly, it's really sporadic and keeps getting air locks, if we move the pipe in the aqua roll it starts to reflow and is fine for a minute or so then gets blocked again, we have primed the system and it worked fine pumping the water through then but is struggling pumping the water up out of the aqua roll. We elevated the aquaroll on a chair and thats helped but not cured the problem,

Do we need a new pump or is it something we are missing ?- we have a whale surge protector fitted to the van also.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Thanks we've checked the connection there is only one and they seem fine, It did work a litle better after we had cleaned the strainers but really struggled as the aqua roll reached half way or below
