I bought a 1994 ACE Jubilee last April what i found had damp at rear side of van , i resealed all of the roof fittings and replaced a section of ceiling  board and 2 ceiling  timbers, I check the area regular'y and no leaks now,  Only problem i have is a damp smell at rear of van it is not as bad as it used to be but still there despite using a moisture mate container and replenishing granules when required any ideas if anything else on the market ?.

You must have left some damp wood or board behind.

The crystals will not dry the van out, You need a good heater for several hours/days or a dehumidifier.

Ok Thanks, I will try a dehumidifier when i use the van next on a hook up.
