Hi everyone
We recently bought our first caravan, a 1994 abi viceroy. We booked a cc site near us to try everything out,(and put the awning up without falling out lol) anyway the toilet isnt flushing? i searched the forums and have replaced the fuse in the black holder, my silly question is... Does the loo run of 12volt or mains hookup? think our battery is knackered anyway.Any help would be much appreciated.

No idea about your van , but the vans we've had the one under the front seats is for operating the water heater on mains electric. Is your water heater under the seat too?

our water pump switch is on the same panel as the lights, running off the batery .

yes that is the main water pump switch, if it still doesn't work after you've turned that on, go around and open the door and remove the cassette then look in the hole where you have took the cassette out and on the underside there should be a fuse there check that

look for toilet roll holder remove toiletroll and twist the holder that then opens to veiw inside of toilet there should be a lot of water look for a tube and wire it should have a bracket with 1 screw in it remove screw lift out pump turn it up side down so you can see propeller with a small screw driver try and turn it a few times dont be rough with it then press the switch and see if it spins it will then replace it back into the toilet and flush a few  times  hope this will get the loo flushing good luck
