Is there anybody out there who knows how to replace one of the little plastis runners that fit into the rail on the sliding doors of my sterling. It sounds very simple and indeed I thought it was until I tried to slide the doors back together and found out that the new runner clashes with one of the other ones and won't allow it to pass, and therefore allowing the two doors neatly being tucked away along side each other. The runner I am replacing is on the first half of the two doors, but is the second runner as it is pulled out, after half way it then catches the other runner and pulls the other half of the door out. As it stands at the moment I can't work out how to get the runner in the correct position because the other door is naturally in its way therefore not awallowing a screw driver in to fix the new runner, the only way I can see to solve this is to slide the doors all the way past each other, but this option at the moment is being blocked by a trim on the edge of the first door that you pull out, it also acts as a bit of a handle to pull the door. It's this trim that runs the full length of the door that I am reluctant to remove because I think further damage could result. I am really frustrated at the moment with what was a 20 min job turning into a drama!
