Sat in pegasus 534 ,few months old,and window over sink,looks like goldfish should be swimming in it,water inbetween double glazing units,window all steamed up,have warranty-but anybody else had a problem?

please tell us how you get on with your claim.

Is it water that has leaked in or just condensation?

If the window has the little plastic bungs remove them and let it dry out it may not come back.

Had it in all our front windows the first we used the van this year after storage but it has dried out now.

simon,met a guy at blackpool a few months ago.there new swift twin wheel was having all sorts of problems inc the shower had cracked in three places and various minor issues.one thing he did not know about was his front window had misted in the centre quite badly.really upset at all the problems of a 12 month old van.said he just wanted rid.i said ring swift as they are very good at sorting things out.i explained that the front window panes were touching and rubbing together in he centre and there has been hundreds of these replaced on many makes of caravan.when i spotted him week before last at blackpool again he was very grateful as they had sorted ALL problems without any cost.another happy chap. out of interest the panels and showers are now made here.

Hi - I have bought from new a Bailey Ranger GT60 540/6 now 18 months old and i noticed when i took my van out for a weekend in feb - snow etc that i had some condensation in the front window between the double skin glass on th e middle pain.

Hot in the van cold outside

It has subsequently gone but has left a horrible mark inside the window that i now cannot remove. Would this be covered under warrenty to replace the window? from the dealer i bought it from?

Has anybody esle had similar experiances - help
