Up at the top of the window there should be a couple of plastic plugs. Remove these, and, .......well, ........don't have any idea after that.
Maybe place one of those luminous yellow fly catchers they sell for greenhouses near the hole.
Squirt fly killer in and then put the plugs back. Fly stays in but at least its lying at the bottom rather than flying round. Hopefully the flyspray will not leave a mark!!!!
Life expectancy of a housefly is about ten days but longer if the air is cold. Keep van warm and wait?
Must be very frustrating but on the plus side they carry about 100 diseases but whilst trapped in the window you are safe.
Wonder if something covered by the warranty?
Phil
