I have a whale submersible pump in my caravan it's working fine,can anyone tell me how I can set up a switch to avoid anyone turning the taps on when the pump is not submersed to avoid running pump dry. your help would be appreciated

Hey that gismo looks ideal Wizard! Now I've just got to convince hubby that it's a wise gadget to invest inUp to now, all we've done is, upon hearing that telltale struggling to pump something that's not there, noise to let us know that the aquaroll needs refilling. Then while it's away being filled, just yelling at other's in the tin tent NOT to run the water yet........On the whole we do try to avoid it running out by refilling it once a day when it's just the two of us or twice a day when it's four of us. Never foolproof though....liking that gismo even more.

Sounds okay but still does not stop anyone turning the tap on ( without thinking )whilst the pump is not submersed in water and running it dry so need a switch or something to isolate the pump,
