looking for help with  fanmaster electric heating

fire ok on gas but when i switch to electric it comes on for app. 3 mins. then goes cold 

help cracking up yours david

sorry I don't understand? the Fanmaster takes more than 3 minutes to begin to warm up!
You would then not feel any heat from the electric heating in such a short time??

Hi Gary

Will recheck, it is possible i have switched to electric direct from gas which would explain heat for a few minuites,Will contact you after the 5th. of August when I go back to caravan, Possibly the electric is not working at all,
