 our awning rains letting watre run down the outside of the caravan and needs doing I know theres instrutions somewere on how to clean and reseal it but cannot fined them

So far I've resealed both awning rails, one window rail and one "waist" rail using Wizard's guide. The only difference for me was that I used a flexible frame sealant instead of a mastic strip.

Excellent guide.

 hubbys been lookingat the guild  and planes to do the awaning rail firts but over the winter work throw all the rails our vans that old it needs a good re gunking as hubby calls it. was the flex frame sealant easer then the mastik tape hes going to be using the gulied quiet a bit to keep the old van looking and working well shes his new baby lol

I would be more tempted to use a caravan mastic than frame sealant, mainly because the caravan mastic has been designed for caravans .
I used roll mastic on my awning rails as i found it less messy but you do have to be carefull when placing the rail as once the mastic has touched the caravan it can be very difficult to adjust the it's position .
Look for Tigerseal on ebay that's what i use now .
