Hi Helen,I'm sure you've noticed there is another thread on the same heater here you will find some suggestions regarding the electric heating not working, albeit, the slide switch control is the main cause of faults.

Other than that, the user manual is here

In the link it says 4000/5500

The only actual difference is the 1500 between the numbers on the badge and the bit about 'turbo' in red, other than that there is no difference between the two in how they work or their heat output .

In technical terms it's referred to as Badge Engineering?!

I hope someone can help me (maybe Gary), I have a Carver 3600 STC Fire in my ABI Award Pretige.

The Blown Air heating has stopped blowing hot air, although it is still pushing out air.

I have searched online where I can to find an instruction manual to no avail.

Has anybody got a PDF doc of the manual that I can access?
