Have a look to see if you can identify where the damp is getting in. If you are very lucky it may be nothing more than the grab handle mounting. Provided it is only recent you may get away with sealing that up with some decent sealant.

However, if the damp has been there for some time then the chances are that the frame of the van, which is only cheap softwood, will have rotted. It is impossible to say without seeing the damage, but if that is the case then to be honest unless you can carry out repairs yourself, or know someone who is handy, having it repaired professionally isn't going to be cheap.
