Do you have to use the special toilet paper in the caravan or can you use any toilet paper?

Supposed to the special stuff as that is supposed to break down quicker than ordinary stuff. We tend to use the site facilities for "that" and I think that many others do as well.

Question 1 about flushing. 2nd question about loo paper....you're a very clean caravanner

We have to agree- get supermarkets own cheap label one, it dissolves best and doesn't clog up the loo when it needs emptying. gary

I use quilted velvet and put it into a lined pedal bin beside the toilet. Can't be without my comforts . After all, I'm GLAMPING

No Charmin!!!!
Charmin is a cotton blend that hardly brakes down,it tends to block tanks and the fibers are hard to get rid of.
I use "RV"toilet paper,cause itīs not as crappy than the cheap-one layer stuff and still isnīt suppose to cause any harm (the amount of paper a family needs in a two weeks vacation doesnīt play such an important role budget wise I think anyways)

Every one talks about 'El Cheapo!' at home we go for the 3 ply, in the van we go the 2ply as it disperses quickly in the tank. When emptying it's all fluid.

I can assure you Tissue, does not contain cotton. What it does contain is a chemical polymer called "wet strength" that basically glues the fibres together but still allows them to absorb and be soft.

the only papers that contain cotton or non cellulose based fibres are bank notes and insulation paper used in the manufacture of electrical components and transformers.

All tissue and towling made in the UK and the majority of Europe is 100% recycled.
