our fridge isn't working basically it dosent get cold at all yet the green light is on someone said if the caravan isn't level it would go off but we have made it level yet it still isn't working any suggestion our model is a sterling eccles moonstone cheers

does it work when switched onto gas?

Try it on all 3 choices of power :mains electric, 12 volt from car live feed and gas. If it works on gas you may find that the fridge control board has failed.
This happened to us last summer and we had to have a control board fitted. If it is a Thetford fridge the warranty is a 5 year one so check it out before you spend any money.

if its on and dont seem to work, try the tried and tested trick... take the fridge out and turn it upside down for a bit as this gets rid of any air locks that might be in the system.

Hi, I had same problem worked on gas and 12v but not 240 turned out to be element

if its dometic or electrolux try here for spares
